How much does shipping cost?
All orders include free worldwide standard shipping with tracking.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Customs duties and import taxes for incoming shipments are covered by us, so there should be no additional delivery charges from Father & Daughter.
For return shipments, customers may be responsible for applicable customs fees as explained in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
What are your estimated delivery times?
Standard orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Customized items may require an additional 2–5 business days for production.
Typical delivery after dispatch:
- USA: 5–9 business days
- UK: 4–8 business days
- Other destinations: 7–14 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Standard orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase or before processing begins, whichever comes first.
Customized items cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started. See our Order Cancellations page.
When will my order be processed?
Standard orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized and made-to-order products require additional production time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Eligible products may be returned within the period and under the conditions stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Customized, personalized, worn, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team before sending anything back. Include your order number, full name, the reason for return, and clear photos when relevant.

How long does a refund take?
After an approved refund is issued, it typically takes 7–9 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.

How do I choose the correct smart ring size?
Measure the circumference of the finger where you plan to wear the ring and compare it with our Ring Size Guide.
The ring should feel snug enough for reliable sensor contact but should not feel painfully tight.
Which finger should I wear my smart ring on?
The best option is usually the index finger of your non-dominant hand. The middle or ring finger may also work well.
Avoid the thumb or pinky when possible because sensor contact may be less consistent.
What phones are compatible?
Most models work with Android 5.1 or later and iOS 10.0 or later.
The ring connects through its companion app using Bluetooth. Exact compatibility may vary slightly by model.
What can the ring track?
Depending on the model, the smart ring may track heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, steps, calories, distance, stress or HRV, and multiple workout modes.
Smart ring data is intended for general wellness and fitness purposes and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
What materials are used?
Materials vary by model. Many smart rings use a durable metal outer shell, a skin-friendly finish, and sealed internal electronics.

Is the smart ring waterproof?
Water-resistance depends on the specific model. Check the product description for its IP or ATM rating before swimming, showering, or exposing it to prolonged water pressure.
How do I charge the smart ring?
Use the supplied magnetic charger or charging case. Align the charging contacts correctly and allow the ring to charge fully before first use.
How should I care for my smart ring?
Wipe the ring with a soft, dry cloth, keep the charging contacts clean, and avoid harsh chemicals, impacts, and temperatures outside the range stated in the product instructions.

Photo Projection Jewelry

What type of photo should I upload?
Use a clear, high-quality image with good lighting and a visible subject. A square image is preferred for the most reliable alignment.
For best results, use a resolution of at least 1,000 × 1,000 pixels.
Can you crop or adjust my photo?
Minor cropping or alignment may be required to fit the projection stone. Important faces or details should be positioned near the center of the image.
How does photo projection jewelry work?
Look inside: hold the jewelry close to your eye and look through the projection stone.
Phone flashlight: shine the phone flashlight through the back of the stone toward a nearby surface.
Camera zoom: point your phone camera at the stone and zoom in until the image becomes visible.
Is photo projection jewelry packaged for gifting?
Your jewelry arrives gift-ready in branded packaging. Depending on the product, an upgraded gift box may also be available.
How should I care for photo projection jewelry?
The projection lens is the most delicate part. Avoid scratching it, exposing it to harsh chemicals, or cleaning it with sharp or abrasive tools.

How long does production take?
Customized photo projection jewelry generally requires an additional 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Our waterproof designs are made to resist everyday tarnishing and discoloration. Long-term appearance still depends on use, storage, skin chemistry, and exposure to chemicals or abrasion.
