You may return any item purchased from father-and-daughter.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
Unworn
In its original, unopened packaging, exactly as it was delivered
Items with opened, damaged, or altered packaging will not be accepted for return or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–9 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design (subject to availability), we are happy to assist.
If the new item has a higher value, the price difference will be charged.
If the value is lower, we will issue a partial refund.
Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for future purchases.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
