Order Cancellations

At Father & Daughter Jewelry, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. Please review the following Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before it is processed for shipment — whichever comes first.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may still return the order in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible at: support@father-and-daughter.com

Please include your order number and full name in your message.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds typically take 7–9 business days to appear in your account.

4. When We May Cancel

Father & Daughter Jewelry reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • The item is out of stock
  • There is a payment or address issue
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • We are unable to fulfill the order for any reason

In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and you will be notified via email.
