Cancellation Policy

At Father & Daughter, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. Please review the following Cancellation Policy carefully.

2-Hour Window Standard orders may be cancelled within 2 hours or before processing begins.
Custom Orders Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Full Refund Successfully cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
1 Cancellation Timeframe
Standard Items

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before it is processed for shipment — whichever comes first.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Due to the individual nature of personalized products, we begin the design and production process shortly after the order is placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy after receiving the item.

2 How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@father-and-daughter.com .

Order Number

Include the order number shown in your confirmation email.

Full Name

Include the full name used when placing the order.

Cancellation requests are processed during our business hours, Monday to Friday. Sending a request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered processing or production.

3 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Processing Time

Refunds typically take 7–9 business days to appear in your account.

The exact time required for a refund to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. We do not control their internal processing times.

4 When We May Cancel

Father & Daughter reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

Item Unavailable

The ordered item is out of stock or unavailable.

Address or Payment Issue

There is a problem with the shipping address, billing details, or payment authorization.

Suspected Fraud

The transaction or order activity appears fraudulent or presents a security risk.

Customization Not Possible

We are unable to complete the requested customization for technical or production-related reasons.

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued and you will be notified by email.
