Order Cancellations

At Father & Daughter, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. Please review the following Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

• Standard Items: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before it is processed for shipment — whichever comes first.

• Customized & Made-to-Order Items: Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Due to the individual nature of personalized products, we begin the design and production process shortly after the order is placed.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy after receiving the item.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible at: support@father-and-daughter.com

Please include your Order Number and Full Name in your message. We process cancellation requests during our business hours (Monday to Friday).

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 7–9 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. When We May Cancel

Father & Daughter reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• The item is out of stock.

• There is an issue with the provided shipping address or payment.

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• We are unable to fulfill the customization request for technical reasons.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately, and you will be notified via email.
