How should I care for my jewelry?
Take special care of the projection lens — it’s the most delicate part of your jewelry. Avoid harsh chemicals, strong water exposure, or sharp tools touching the lens.
When cleaning the metal parts, use a soft, lint-free cloth or a mild soap solution to gently remove oils and residue.
After cleaning, make sure the piece is fully dry and store it in a dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight.
Do you have any photo requirements?
For the best results, we recommend uploading a clear, high-quality photo with a minimum resolution of 1,000 × 1,000 pixels.
A square image is preferred for optimal alignment, although it is not mandatory.
