SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Business Days & Holidays:

Business days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and major public holidays in our shipping origins and destinations are not counted as business days. During these periods, processing and transit times will be extended. These include:

  • China: Lunar New Year (Golden Week), Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day (Golden Week).

  • USA: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • UK/EU: Good Friday, Easter Monday, Bank Holidays, and Christmas/Boxing Day.

Production Time (for customized or made-to-order items):

Customized and made-to-order pieces require 2–5 additional business days for production, depending on current demand.

Standard Shipping: FREE

Typical delivery time after dispatch:

  • USA: 5–9 business days

  • UK: 4–8 business days

  • Hong Kong: 1–5 business days

  • Other: 7–14 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Order to Doorstep):

  • Standard Items: 5–12 business days (USA/UK) or 8–17 business days (Other).

  • Customized Items: 7–17 business days (USA/UK) or 10–22 business days (Other).

Shipping transit days are counted from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and the public holidays listed above.

Legal Delivery Framework

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, all orders must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Similarly, under the U.S. FTC Mail Order Rule, sellers are required to ship orders within the advertised time frame, or—if none is stated—within 30 days. In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we will promptly notify you via email. You will always have the right to cancel your order for a full refund prior to dispatch.

Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping availability may vary by country. To check if we deliver to your location, please proceed to checkout — available shipping options for your country will be displayed during checkout. Orders may be shipped from our international warehouses (UK, EU, US, or China), depending on stock availability and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can follow your order’s progress until it is delivered.

Customs & Import Fees

Customs duties and taxes for incoming shipments (delivery to you) are covered by us. For returns, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, as outlined in our Returns Policy.
