RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Window

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange the item. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to our warehouse.

Eligibility & Hygiene Standards

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original and unopened packaging, and include all original materials and accessories.

  • Hygiene Notice: Our products are classified as hygiene-related goods. Once the packaging has been opened or altered, the product loses its hygienic integrity and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. Please ensure you are satisfied with your choice before opening the packaging.

  • Items with opened, damaged, or altered packaging will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Expectation of Functionality: Returns based on perceived inaccuracies of fitness tracking metrics (e.g., heart rate, sleep, or blood pressure) are not accepted. These features provide estimates for general wellness purposes only and do not function as certified medical diagnostic tools. By opening the packaging, you acknowledge that the device is not a replacement for professional medical equipment.

Personalized Items

All personalized products are specially made to order based on your unique photo, engraving, or customization.

  • These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has started.

  • Defective Personalized Items: If a personalized item is confirmed to be defective after verification (photo/video evidence required), we will offer you a choice between a brand-new replacement sent at no cost to you or a full refund. This ensures your legal rights are protected while maintaining our quality standards.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our smart rings are designed solely for general wellness and fitness tracking. This product is not a medical device and is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or monitoring of any medical condition.

  • Accuracy: All health-related data provided (including steps, heart rate, and any advanced metrics) are estimates and should not be used for medical decisions.

  • Blood Pressure: Features such as blood pressure estimation are not clinically validated. This device does not measure blood pressure in the same way as certified medical cuffs.

  • Return Policy: We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on the discrepancy between the device’s data and certified medical equipment. For accurate health measurements, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7–9 business days after your return has been processed for the credit to appear in your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the same return window.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design (subject to availability), any price difference will be charged or partially refunded accordingly.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for future purchases.

Return Shipping Costs & Customs (International Returns)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return Location: Orders are dispatched from international warehouses (US, or China). For legal and documentation reasons, returns must be sent back to the specific warehouse from which the order was originally dispatched. Our support team will provide the correct international return address.

  • Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or clearance fees related to the return. All returns must be shipped using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), with duties paid in advance. Parcels sent with unpaid duties cannot be accepted and will be refused.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and cannot guarantee receipt of your item without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@father-and-daughter.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize your case to arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
