Shipping Policy
We process orders promptly and offer free standard shipping worldwide. Delivery times depend on your destination, product type, stock location, public holidays, and customs or carrier conditions.
1 Processing & Shipping Time
All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
2 Business Days & Holidays
Business days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and major public holidays in our shipping origins and destinations are not counted as business days.
During holiday periods, both processing and shipping transit times may be extended.
Lunar New Year Golden Week, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day Golden Week.
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Good Friday, Easter Monday, bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and other applicable national public holidays.
Holiday delays may apply in both the country from which your order is shipped and the country to which your order is delivered.
3 Production Time
Customized and made-to-order pieces require additional production time before they can be dispatched.
Customized and made-to-order items require an additional 2–5 business days for production , depending on current demand and the complexity of the item.
Production time is added to the standard order processing and shipping transit time.
4 Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.

These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak demand, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5 Total Estimated Delivery Time
Total estimated delivery time includes order processing, production where applicable, and shipping transit time.

Shipping transit days are counted from Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
6 Legal Delivery Framework
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, orders must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of purchase, unless another delivery period has been agreed.
Under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, sellers must ship orders within the advertised time frame or, where no time frame is stated, within 30 days.
In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
7 Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. However, shipping availability may vary by destination, local restrictions, carrier availability, and product type.
To check whether delivery is available to your location, proceed to checkout. Available shipping options for your country will be displayed before payment.
Depending on stock availability and your delivery destination, orders may be shipped from one of our international warehouses in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, or China.
8 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online.
Tracking information is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
You can follow your shipment’s progress until it is delivered.
Tracking information may take a short period to update after the shipping confirmation email has been sent.
9 Customs & Import Fees
Customs duties and import taxes for incoming shipments delivered to you are covered by us.
For return shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import charges, or handling fees, as described in our Returns Policy.
